Telesales Magic was founded by our Head Magician, Chris C. Ducker, a 19 year Telesales, Marketing and PR Professional, originally from the UK, and an Entrepreneur at heart.
As CEO of the Live2Sell Group of Companies, a professional Business Process Outsourcing company, whose focal point is Outbound Telemarketing and Inbound Customer Service support, he divides his time between the corporation’s goals and vision, whilst maintaining the highest level of focus on quality training and development of its people.
A member of the American Teleservices Association and the International Association of Outsourcing Professionals, Chris has trained thousands of professionals in the art of Telesales and Telemarketing in various countries around the globe and has consulted for corporations in virtually every major industry sector.
Chris is currently in the process of finishing the Official Companion ePublication to this site, entitled “Telesales Magic!”, which will be available in the first quarter of 2010.
